FAQ
How many photos do I receive?
It depends on your package. However, family or event photography will generally have a client gallery of 40+ images in them, a mixture of colour and black and white, depending on your session. For example; how many people are in the session, what the style of the session was, and what images I capture.
How long will it take for you to send me my digital album?
It depends on your session and the season in which I photograph you. But I aim to have a sneak peak turnaround within 48 hours with just a few images, because I know how exciting it is to see how your images look!
The rest of the images will be in your inbox within 4 weeks, but usually less.
Do I get physical copies?
I supply you with a digital gallery for you to view, and download your images from. (But don't worry, they're password protected!) From there, you can print photos yourself, use in a digital frame, create a printed photo book, create Christmas cards... whatever you like!
Can I share the photos on my socials?
Absolutely yes! Please! And don't forget to tag me so I can see! The images are yours to share online, to print and hang, to print on cards to send to loved ones.
But I would really appreciate if you do not put filters or do any further edits to the images. (If you do, please anticipate me messaging you to ask you to take them down.)
Do I get my RAW images?
In short, no. You get a gallery of edited images that is specifically curated in my style, because after all, photography is an artform. This is my art, and I take pride in it. I may take a couple of hundred images on the day, but I select the very best to tell your story.
What kind of camera do you use?
For photos I use a Panasonic Lumix G9ii. It's brand new, state of the art tech. And it's so pretty.
And for video I use a DJI Osmo Pocket 2, a super powerful tech packed into a tiny frame. I also use my Samsung phone and a Gimbal.
Can we meet before our session?
Absolutely! Coffee, wine, walk and talk? Whatever suits!
I completely understand that you need to feel comfortable with me if I'm going to photograph you!
Do you travel?
I'm based in the Southern Highlands, and I'm absolutely open to travelling! (But there may be a travel fee involved!)
We are blessed to have such a beautiful local area, but there are specific things that we do not have within easy reach such as beaches, high rises, etc.
Privacy concerns
If you don't want to be on my socials or website, that's completely fine! Just let me know and I'll respect your wishes.
What should we wear?
Don't stress, we'll chat about that before your session. I love talking wardrobe choices!
What if it rains?
There's magic in umbrellas and hiding undercover. My equipment is weather sealed and I have a pretty raincoat. But I do keep an eye on the weather forecast. If we need to reschedule, we'll make it happen!
What if we need to reschedule?
The sooner you let me know, the better! I get that life happens, illness happens, and I'll do my absolute best to accommodate.
But I'm so awkward...
Oh I get it, I'm awkward too! But we'll work together to get you feeling 100% comfortable. I have all sorts of tricks up my sleeve for that!

We're always our worst critic. You don't need to lose 5kg before you have photos taken of you.
If you wait for something like this, the reality is it may never actually happen, and you miss out on photos at pivotal moments in your life.
