Hi, I’m Lauren!

I’m a photographer, content creator, social media manager, and Reformer Pilates instructor. I’m also a Mum to two beautiful daughters and married to a dashingly handsome husband. We live in the picturesque Southern Highlands of NSW, and I have a deep love for capturing moments and creating content that tells stories.

Now in my 40s, I often find myself wishing I had more photos—not just of big milestones, but of life’s everyday moments. I wish I had photos of my big Halloween-themed 21st birthday party, photos with my Nana and Pop before they passed, photos from my baby shower, and photos of my husband and me in our younger days. Photos to share with my children—and one day, with my grandchildren.

Let’s be real for a moment—how often are YOU in photos? If you’re like me, probably not often enough. My mission is to make sure you’re in those moments too. Creating memories you can cherish forever.

Why Moths? Honestly, they terrify me! But embracing what scares us felt fitting.

It’s easy to focus on the bright, beautiful butterflies, but moths possess their own intricate beauty. They are fragile yet resilient, vulnerable yet strong, and constantly seeking the light. Moths symbolise that beauty and strength can emerge from delicate, dark, and even frightening places. They remind us to trust our instincts, persevere, and always find our light.
